Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. First Class Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card(s) is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card(s) will be waived for Expedited Service.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores: USPS Package tracking

Customs and Duty

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.

Domestic Delivery

There may be a charge for delivery as stated when ordering.

All delivery times are estimates only and, while we will endeavor to avoid delay, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery.

If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the Contract due to any cause or event beyond our reasonable control we may, at our option, by notice in writing to you, cancel or suspend the Contract in whole or in part without liability and without prejudice to our rights to receive payment of the price for all Products previously delivered.

Orders to and from overseas

There may be a territorial restriction on our ability to deliver and we will inform you accordingly.

When ordering Products for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the Products reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Products. You are responsible for notifying your local customs office of your purchase. Please be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Cancellation and return of products

You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of ordering unless you ordered a downloadable product (see IP Terms of Sale for more information). After this 24 hours period, all custom orders on chinesecalligraphyartwork.com are considered final and no refunds will be issued.
