Since our inception, we have worked very hard to develop and maintain a reputation for providing world-class customer service. You have our commitment that we will do everything we can to ensure that your every experience with us will be a positive one.
Returns PolicyIf we did not fulfill the order specifications or your merchandise was recieved defective, you may return it within 15 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
NOTE: We can not be held responsible for delivery delays from the China Post, USPS or other postal services. All shipping and handling charges are excluded from our guarantee. Always inspect your item on arrival.

Shipping Your Custom Calligraphy and Art
We send all standard shipping orders via the China Post Office First Class or Priority Mail. You may track your order online via EMS.
Our shipping rates are based on the average actual costs to package and ship each type of art (rates listed in U.S. Dollars)
The shipping rate includes the cost of shipping, packaging fees, certified packing tape, customs inspection, and export tax and customs fees on each piece of art that we are sending.
