Refunds
1.1 Refunds on custom made goods
We do not provide refunds for any goods that are ordered to your specification (custom ordered goods) once the order is paid for (unless cancelled as per our cancellation policy). In this case, after you have received the payment advice by the relavent payment processor, you will have entered into a binding contract to buy the goods, and because the goods are being made to your specification you will not be able to cancel that contract. Once the goods have been delivered you can only return them if they are damaged.
1.2 Refunds on damaged or incorrect goods
We do all we can to ensure that orders arrive to you correctly and in good condition. Where you place an order through our website(s) and products are delivered damaged you must follow our return procedure and we will provide you a replacement or refund for the original sales price. The customer is soley responsible for insuring a return of the damaged product.
1.3 Refunds of downloadable products
Downloads are not returnable or refundable after purchase. If you need assistance with a purchase or download, please contact us.
1.4 Other
We are unable to offer a 'change of mind' exchange or refund on products or under any circumstances other than those in 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 above.

Cancellations
1.6 Your right to cancel “custom made” goods
Goods that are ordered to your specification can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is paid for. 1.7 Your right to cancel "off the shelf" goods
Where you place an order through our website(s) for standard stock products which are not made to your specification you can cancel your order at any time before the goods are shipped by us.
1.8 How to cancel
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email at customerservice@chinesecalligraphyartwork.com within 24 hours after the order is paid.
Please have your Order Acknowledgement email and Payment advice at hand and note in the email your order number; payment receipt number and to specify which goods you want to cancel.
Returns Procedure
If your goods are damaged in transit, please follow the following procedure:
• Save the original shipping carton(s) & packaging and merchandise.
• Contact us via email within three days of receipt of the damaged goods.
• We may issue a call-tag and have UPS pick up the damaged items.
• When we receive the items, we will issue you an exact replacement at no extra cost.
We cannot issue a credit or replace damaged items unless the damaged items are returned to us. All claims must be made within fifteen says of receipt of merchandise
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and be sure to specify the reason for the return.
NOTE: We can not be held responsible for delivery delays or errors from the China Post, USPS or other postal services. All shipping and handling charges are excluded from our guarantee. Always inspect your item on arrival.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.
